本课题组目前共有7教师,包括4教授3副教授2名博士后、10名博士生60余名硕士研究生。研究方向主要包括:氧化物宽禁带半导体薄膜紫外光电、功率电子氧化物钙钛矿太阳能电池及介电高储能密度电容器;二维纳米材料可控制备、新型器件探索及电磁隐身应用氧化钒智能材料及红外探测应用。承担了包括国家自然科学基金和湖北省重大专项在内的30余项国家及省部级项目。近年Nature MaterNat. Communi., Phys. Rev. LettAngew. Chem. Int. EdJ. Am. Chem. SocAnal. ChemJ . Power SourcesAdv. Electron. MaterAppl. Phys. Lett等国际著名期刊上发表SCI文章140余篇申请专利60余项,含美国、澳洲发明专利2授权40项。

课题组负责人:何云斌,19724月生,德国自然科学博士、美国博士后、威斯尼斯人老品牌二级教授、博士生导师。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划、湖北省楚天学者计划特聘教授、首批百人计划特聘专家、省高端人才引领培养计划(第二层次)、省新世纪高层次人才工程(第一层次)、武汉市学科带头人计划,获湖北省自然科学基金创新研究群体项目(主持)、杰出青年人才项目资助以及湖北省青年科技奖和湖北省有突出贡献中青年专家称号19941997年先后在威斯尼斯人老品牌获得物理学专业理学学士和无机非金属材料专业工学硕士学位。199910月赴德国李比希-吉森大学第一物理研究所攻读固体物理专业博士,20036月获理学博士学位。20037月至200812月,先后在德国吉森大学物理一所、物理化学研究所、马普学会金属研究所美国杜兰大学物理系从事博士后和访问研究。20132月至201412月,在德国李比希-吉森大学物理化学研究所做高级访问研究。曾作为骨干完成德国工业合作研究、欧盟国际合作优先项目、美国能源部基础研究、中国国家自然科学基金等多个项目的研究。作为负责人主持完成或在研国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上(4项)、教育部博导基金、教育部留学人员回国启动基金、湖北省自然科学基金创新研究群体、湖北省技术创新重大项目、湖北省高校优秀创新团队、武汉市基础前沿国际合作,企业合作项目20余项研究。至今发表学术论文200余篇其中170余篇被SCI收录,被SCI论文引用3500余次,H-指数:31;发表论文中含材料领域顶级期刊Nature Materials 1篇、综合期刊Nat. Communi. 1篇、物理领域顶级期刊Phys. Rev. Lett. 1篇。申请专利60余项,获授权近40项。曾任或现任欧洲材料学会(EMRS)、美国物理学会(APS)、中国材料学会(CMRS)、湖北省高级专家协会会员, 《表面技术》(EI收录)杂志编委,Nat. Communi.Adv. Mater., Chem. Mater., Appl. Surf. Sci. 30余种国际期刊常约审稿人。目前的研究方向主要为氧化物宽禁带半导体薄膜及紫外光电探测器、氧化物表面物理与化学、低维钙钛矿材料与新型光电器件等。

常钢:日本理学博士,教授,博士生导师。1999年毕业于武汉大学化学与分子科学学院应用化学专业获得理学学士学位,2002年毕业于武汉大学化学与分子科学学院分析化学专业获得理学硕士学位,2006年毕业于日本京都大学材料化学专业获得工学博士学位导师: HiraoOyama教授2006年至2010年先后在日本京都大学、大阪工业大学、产业技术综合研究所从事博士后研究。2010年至今在威斯尼斯人老品牌工作。2012年获评湖北省楚天学者计划楚天学子。为美国化学会、日本电化学、中国化学会员。先后承担国家自然科学基金面上项目国家自然科学基金青年项目湖北省科技厅重点项目等十余项科研项目。发表学术论文60余篇,其中包括Analytical ChemistryACS Applied Materials & InterfacesActa materialia and Biosensor &Bioelectronics SCI论文50余篇,他引次数700多次。授权国际专利1项,国家专利7项。指导的研究生中三人次获得国家奖学金,两人被评湖北省优秀硕士论文。目前是美国化学协会(ACS)和中国化学协会(CCS)会员目前主要从事金属和二维纳米材料复合体的可控制备及其在燃料电池和生物传感器、电磁隐身应用方面的研究。

黎明锴:男,19764月出生,理学博士,教授,湖北省楚天学子199807月毕业于武汉大学物理系,获学士学位;20047月毕业于武汉大学物理系,获博士学位,期间从事超高硬度薄膜及铁磁半导体研究;20063月,在韩国东国大学量子功能半导体研究中心完成博士后学习,期间从事铁磁半导体器件设计;20063月至20116月,在韩国东国大学量子功能半导体研究中心(研究教授)从事铁磁铁电半导体杂化器件研究,量子多功能半导体器件设计,纳米功能材料研究。20117月起在威斯尼斯人老品牌工作现主要从事ZnOZnOSMgZnOSCdZnOS等宽禁带半导体材料及采用第一性原理设计新材料的研究,主持了包括国家自然科学基金面上项目在内的多项省部级项目,在国内外学术期刊发表论文60余篇,获韩国专利1项,申请中国专利10余项获得授权10项。

卢寅梅:19744月生,德国自然科博士副教授1996年毕业于威斯尼斯人老品牌物理系,获理学学士学位;20004月起在德国吉森市学德语;20029月通过德语DSH考试;200210月至20064月就读于德国李比希-吉森大学物理系,并以优异成绩(Note1.2)获得理学硕士学位;20066月至8月在德国西门子埃尔福特公司参加了中型发电机设计及计算培训。20091月起在威斯尼斯人老品牌工作。20125201512在德国李比希-吉森大学物理系攻读博士学位。主要从事透明导电氧化物CuAlO2SnO2Ga2O3等薄膜的制备及表征研究。参与国家自然科学基金、教育部博导基金、武汉市学科带头人计划等多个项目,现主持湖北省自然科学基金、材料复合新技术国家重点实验室开放基金等项目研究。发表学术论文50篇,其中SCI论文40篇。目前的主要研究方向为宽禁带半导体材料及紫外光电探测器。

李派:女,19832月出生,工学博士,副教授2004年毕业于华中科技大学应用物理专业,获理学学士学位;2004年至2009年于华中科技大学物理学院硕博连读,2009年获工学博士学位。2009年至2011年于清华大学从事博士后研究工作。主要研究超大磁电阻材料,多铁性材料器件以及光电功能材料。作为主要科研骨干参与完成了多项科研项目,主持国家自然科学基金项目一项。在国内外学术期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,其中7篇为第一或者通讯作者目前的主要研究方向包括多铁材料和器件,表面和界面科学,VO2智能材料及红外探测应用。

张清风:男,工学博士,教授,湖北省楚天学子。2006年毕业于河南大学物理学专业,获理学学士学位;2008年和2012年分别于华中科技大学物理系凝聚态物理专业和电子科学技术系微电子学与固体电子学专业获理学硕士和工学博士学位。20123月到20152月分别在同济大学材料科学与工程学院和美国内布拉斯加林肯大学做博士后。2016年加入威斯尼斯人老品牌担任讲师20177晋升为副教授。目前主要研究方向包括无机钙钛矿太阳能电池介电基高储能密度电容器及铁电基紫外光电探测器。在包括Appl. Phys. LettJ. Am. Ceram. Soc等国际著名期刊以第一作者和通讯作者身份发表SCI文章30篇。主持了包括国家自然科学基金青年项目和中国博士后基金特等资助项目在内的多项国家及省部级项目。2014年被评为同济大学优秀出站博士后(排名第一),博士论文2013年入选湖北省优秀博士论文。

陈俊年:女,理学博士,副教授。2009年毕业于华中农业大学理学院应用化学专业,获理学学士学位;2014年毕业于武汉大学化学与分子科学学院无机化学专业,指导导师彭天右教授,获理学博士学位。2015-2017年,她在华中科技大学材料科学与工程学院从事博士后研究,合作导师翟天佑教授。20176月,陈俊年博士加入威斯尼斯人老品牌。她目前的研究方向包括二维有机-无机杂化钙钛矿的可控合成,基本光物理性质研究及光电器件方面的应用研究。迄今,她已在SCI期刊上发表论文19篇,其中两篇以第一作者身份发表在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed上;文章引用超过500次,SCI-H指数13

主要研究领域介绍



宽禁带半导体薄膜与器件

该方向我们主要研究宽禁带半导体和光电探测器。最终目标是研制一种成本低、制备工艺简单的紫外日盲光电探测器。目前的研究集中于ZnO基三元合金及其四元合金(ZnOSBeZnOSMgZnOSCdZnOSBeMgZnO等)、SnO2Ga2O3外延薄膜生长、性能表征、器件制备和理论研究。

采用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)方法在不同生长条件下生长不同成分的外延薄膜,使用XRDXPSAFMSEM、紫外-可见-红外光谱、PL等来表征薄膜的结构、成分、形貌和光学性质。最后,在薄膜上制备电极以制造光电子器件。在器件方面,我们主要研究柔性发光器件(如基于硫化锌荧光粉和银纳米线电极的交流电致发光(ACEL)面板和光纤)和紫外日盲光电探测器。通过简单的刮刀涂布技术,我们成功制备了具有高亮度,良好的柔韧性和机械稳定性的ACEL面板;利用简单的浸涂技术,我们进一步成功生产出具有优异耐磨性和可织造性的长而柔韧的ACEL线,这为实现功能性ACEL布料的工业生产提供了可能。我们通过第一性原理计算来分析结构,电子,和等价阴离子和阳离子取代ZnO基三元合金的热力学性质以及阴阳离子共掺的ZnO合金、来对实验进行完善和指导。

氧化物表界面物理与化学

在这个方,我们主要利用超高真空表面分析技术如STMLEEDXPSAESTPD等对过渡金属氧化物单晶的清洁表面、水吸附表面进行研究。(如二氧化钛锐钛矿(101)和金红石(011)-(2 × 1)表面。)

未来的工作包括高质量VO2外延膜的生长和表征,ZnO11-20)和(10-10)表面上的水吸附,在金红石TiO2110),锐钛矿(101)和(001)表面上的甲醇吸附等。

TiO2:我们已经用STM研究了原始和还原态锐钛矿TiO2101)表面的原子结构以及这些表面上的水吸附,这为在分子水平上理解TiO2表面水分子光解的微观机理奠定了基础。在STM中我们发现锐钛矿(101)晶体的亚表面中存在孤立的结构缺陷又存在有序的结构缺陷,这与密度泛函理论(DFT)计算一致,由该计算可以预测亚表面和体相位置上的O空位比表面上的O空位更加稳定。

纳米材料与纳米器件

该方向研究的目标是探究二维材料(石墨烯,MOF,钙钛矿等)上金属或半导体纳米粒子的可控生长及其在直接醇燃料电池(DAFC)和传感器设备上的应用。纳米材料由于其在电子,光子学,催化,光学传感,生物医学研究领域与块体材料相比具有新颖的特性,近三十年已经引起科研人员的广泛兴趣,但是纳米颗粒的可控制造仍然存在是一个难题。基于此,我们研究了我们专注于研究金属或半导体纳米粒子(石墨、MOF、钙钛矿等)的可控生长及其在直接醇类燃料电池(DAFC)和传感器中的应用。此外,我们设计了贵金属纳米粒子/石墨烯复合燃料电池,以金属(合金)/石墨烯纳米复合物作为新型电催化剂,克服了DAFC中成本高,抗毒性差等主要问题。

铁电光伏与介电储能

清洁、丰富和可再生的太阳能被认为是取代传统矿物燃料最可靠的能源之一。在传统的 P-N 结及肖特基结型太阳能电池中,用来促使电子和空穴分离的内建电场仅存在于 P-N 结及肖特基结耗尽层内,光生激子的分离会受到很大限制。此外,由于传统电池的开路电压(Voc,取决于光生电子和空穴的准费米能级差异,而这种差异又受到半导体带隙宽度的限制)总是小于吸光材料禁带宽度(大多小于 1 V)。然而,对铁电材料的光伏效应,光生电子-空穴对由剩余极化所产生的内部电场分离,因此,其开路电压不受铁电材料的带隙限制。此外,铁电材料中的内建电场是一种体效应,遍布于整个铁电体。这极大降低了光生电子、 空穴复合的几率且提高了载流子迁移率从而增加了光电流。这些都为发展高转换效率的光伏器件提供了巨大的可能。

近年来,化石能源危机、气候变化和空气污染等问题促使人们对清洁可再生能源的探索。这导致对电池,燃料电池,电化学电容器和电介质电容器等能量存储系统的需求越来越高。在这些储能技术中,介质电容器具有功率密度高,充放电速率快(<1μs),寿命长,成本低等优点。因此,它们可以广泛用于混合动力电动车辆,医疗设备,移动电子设备和电子武器系统等。然而,介电电容器的低能量密度限制了他们在这些领域的潜在应用。反铁电材料通常表现出较大的可回收能量密度,因为在通常情况下它们具有零剩余极化强度和高饱和极化强度。因此反铁电材料是制备具有优异性能的电容器的良好选择。在我们的工作中,我们计划开发具有高放电能量密度和能量转换效率的无铅反铁电陶瓷/薄膜/厚膜和基于陶瓷-聚合物的电容器。
